Summer Words

Summer Vocabulary Words

At the end of the year, when we need students to be able to sit and work for extended periods, having a great set of summer vocabulary words at their fingertips can be very beneficial. Words like sprinkler, towel, goggles and sandals lend themselves to writing about summer adventures.

Vocabulary Words with Pictures

Since some kids may not be familiar with all of the vocabulary words provided, they need pictures to help them understand.  Once they see the picture, they’ll more readily remember what the word is and how to use it.
